Drink Your Milk!...

I'm not much of a milk drinker...I actually only drink milk when I get the cravings for it which is very,very seldom...all I have been drinking during meal time is soda, soda, soda...and sometimes, Nestea Iced Tea with fresh lemon slices...I drink water too, of course...but most of the time, I drink soda...

Lately, "mine" has been telling me to drink more milk...telling me that I need it to remain active and healthy, and to have strong bones too...

Milk; he said, is the richest and almost complete food of man. It gives the body materials to build and repair muscles, hair, teeth and bones. It has a vitamin A that adds to good eyesight....and many more benefits of it...

So I guess I better drink my milk...
